Laughter Yoga:

A Cure for the debilitating effects of CS (Chronic Seriousness)

Ancient yogis believed that Hasyayoga (yogic-laughter) can lead to enlightenment!  The class will explore laughter games and a laughter meditation.  No mats, no postures, just fun! Led by Marilyn Caskey, Certifired "Laugha Yoga®" Leader.  Held at Unity in the Foothills, 1622 Torringford St., Torrington, CT.  Prerequisites:  At least one former experience laughing and the willingness to laugh.  This event is free.  A love offering will be accepted.
